Description: We are looking for a 3D artist to create a sci-fi statue object.

Shape & Structure: The statue has a unique shape (see Reference 1). At the top, there is a hollow filled with gray transparent liquid (water) (see Reference 2). Each side of the statue contains a pattern (see Reference 3).

Textures & Materials: The surface of the statue should look stone-like (see Reference 4). Primary color: dark red / crimson-burgundy (see Reference 5). The water should appear gray in contrast to the statue.

Animations (to be implemented in Unity, since Blender cannot properly export them):

1. Water animation (Reference 2): Activated manually. The liquid glows white for a short time, then returns to gray.

2. Destruction animation: The water level decreases until it fully disappears (exact depth can be decided by the artist). The statue then breaks into two halves (axis of break doesn’t matter). A separate broken statue model will be needed.

Style & Genre:

Genre: Science Fiction.

Style: Semi-realism (similar to Bioshock Infinite).

Required Skills & Tools:

3D modeling (Blender or other modeling software).

3D animation in Unity.

Understanding of Blender/Unity import/export workflows.

Unity built-in render pipeline.

Budget: $37.5 USD

Deadline: 6 days

Notes: If you have any questions, please feel free to ask! We are happy to discuss project details and your suggestions.

Hi,

Love your sci-fi statue concept! I’m a 3D artist skilled in semi realistic sci-fi (Bioshock Infinite vibes). I’ll model the statue (Ref 1), with patterned sides (Ref 3), crimson burgundy stone texture (Ref 4 & 5), and a gray liquid hollow (Ref 2). I’ll handle Unity animations: glowing water effect and destruction (water drains, statue splits), plus a broken statue model. Blender for modeling, FBX/GLTF for Unity’s built in pipeline.

Share the refs and any water depth/break axis prefs let’s kick this off! Reply now!

Best,

Adam
