I'm trying to transfer my project "Survius" from my account to another one, and have made two tickets for it (the second was after waiting a business week with no reply, so I wasn't sure if the first was lost or something).

The tickets are: 301730 and 302992

At this point, I'm guessing I shouldn't have made the second ticket, but I'm wondering if there's something else I could or should be doing to speed this up? Or does this process normally take multiple weeks? Based on other posts here, it does seem like multiple weeks or months is normal, but I figured I'd ask just in case

I've let our admins know, but did you read the rules of this category where it says not to ask how long it takes?

Thanks, and I did read that, but wasn't sure if asking how long project transferring normally took counted as that. I'll leave that out if I ever make another post, but asking if the ticket was lost/missed also seems to be quite similar (which is basically what transfer posts are)?

That said, I'm still wondering if there's anything else I can or should be doing to speed the process up?
