Hello, regarding the pixel artist, what exactly are their responsibilities, and what style are you looking for?

I would appreciate your response.

Pixel Artists will be making sprites or scenes for a project. They will only work on one project at a time. The sprite res will vary by project as it can be a 16x16 per tile sprite for gameplay or a 256x256 scene for background.

Hi.

I’d like clarification on paymenta. Is that 50% revenue to the studio owners and 50% distributed among contributors?

How big a team are you expecting?

Our team structure dosen't follow ownership/employee model when it's about payment.

Each member of our team is treated equally which means that the 50% revenue split is among every member/contributor that worked on the project that generated revenue.

I’m sorry to ask again, but I feel there’s info missing, which set up the wrong expectations.

“50/50” means half and half.

Half of the revenue will be evenly split among contributors. That’s reasonable.

Where will the other half go? Marketing?

I'm sorry if any information is missing or you are unable to understand.

By 50/50 I mean the revenue will be split among contributors equally. For example a project generated $100 and 4 of us (maybe including you) worked on that project. Then you will receive $25.

That's how it will work.

When our revenue will be stable (example: $100/m consistently) We will pay upfront per task/project.

I hope you understand our revenue share model now. If you still have any questions you can ask us.

We are expecting a team of 5-10 people. We currently need two more people.
