Wreckfest 2 is a great game but simulation is quite expensive (specially for a revshare model) and we can't afford that at this moment.
By "fun over realism" we mean more focus on arcade physics and stylized graphics. Which means we want low poly artists.
As for the capability of our team. We will be releasing a horror game soon that is in its testing phase right now which has similar graphics:

The rally game project time is 1-2 months because we have the core modules (car physics, camera) ready and we just need the map done.
Project Description:
A Rally Racing game inspired by WRC (PS1) and V-Rally. It is more focused on the arcade side of racing games prioritizing fun over realism.
I can make models and base of the map but I need someone to do the level design by adding details to make the map complete.

We are actively looking for clients to help them with their projects. It can be a casual, survival or even custom story game. We can also help with maintaining multiple platforms for the same game.
As for the payment it will be decided based on how complex the game is. Though we require 20% upfront payment once we start working on the project.

I'm sorry if any information is missing or you are unable to understand.
By 50/50 I mean the revenue will be split among contributors equally. For example a project generated $100 and 4 of us (maybe including you) worked on that project. Then you will receive $25.
That's how it will work.
When our revenue will be stable (example: $100/m consistently) We will pay upfront per task/project.
