The account has not been indexed for a long time

Good day! Please tell me how long can I wait for the indexation of my account and uploaded assets? I have completed everything, followed all the rules, but the account is still available only via a link. I wrote to support by email, they just ignored me! How can I get indexed so that everyone can see my account and content!? A lot of time has passed and I read the help on indexing, but the account is still there, as it was not in the search for a long time

Accounts aren't indexed, only projects. If you search for an account, it will only show you indexed content for that account. If you don't have any indexed content, it won't show anything.

Why hasn't your content been indexed? It's impossible to say, and the staff never discusses these decisions. The only possible solution is to contact support again and enter the ticket number here. It's no guarantee, but it's the only alternative I can think of.

P.S.: I just reviewed your content, and something that could be a problem is that you uploaded the content in a .rar file instead of a .zip file.

There's no rule preventing you from doing that, but if the content is in a compressed format that the automatic antivirus can't open, it's very likely that it will be flagged as "suspicious," and that will contribute to it having to go through a manual review by staff before being indexed.

NOTE: This is just a guess, and changing the formatting at this point isn't going to help much because your page might already be flagged as "suspicious," but I'm mentioning it because it's the only "out of place" thing I see in your project.

If their antivirus can't open rar files, they better switch their antivirus. The psa about suspicous files is about password protected files.

And if they use "having a rar" file as a red flag, then they should change their evaluation criteria. There sometimes is a preference for rar files from the scammers, that is true. But they also use zip a lot. Sometimes even exe. On the other hand, since I saw about a thousand malware projects that got indexed, it can't be said that their criteria are foolproof to begin with. And if they delist it for that reason, they ought to put it into quarantine, not into indexing limbo.

What is worth mentioning is active payment. It is supposed to put you on a checklist for staff to look at the project. Maybe the tax information is not filed correctly or other clerical problems.

Or the indexing or rather non indexing took place at a time when there were one of the many ddos attacks and they "forgot".

So yeah, writing to support is recommended. (And posting the ticket number here, if nothing happens for like three weeks or so. The waiting times are unfortunately that long for issues like that.)

Hmm? I spotted another "out of place" thing, or rather a thing that has influence on the indexing process.

And I disagree with the rar flagging, because I believe they would not delist an item but quarantine it. They might have put it on a waiting queue for whatever reason, but those items are from January. They "forgot" is my guess.

Okay, thanks for the help, I'll try to change it. But I think the problem is different! My account with assets is not even found through search
