Hey everyone! I’m Zorax, creative lead on OFFICEWORKER, a first‑person psychological horror game set in a corporate nightmare. We’re currently actively recruiting programmers, but also looking for artists, VA’s, composers, writers, and consultants.
🧠 What’s the Project?
An immersive horror experience in Unity (C#).
Players navigate as Erikia Mavis, uncovering corruption, missing coworkers, and a menacing boss called Bryan Kovett.
Core mechanics include chase scenes (think Ning Ning), psychological triggers, in‑game speaker hauntings, and name‑injection events—where Bryan even speaks your real OS/Discord username through your speakers if you let him. (Haha!)
🎯 Who We’re Looking For
🔧 Unity Programmers / Tech Leads
Implement first-person controls, stealth/sanity systems, lighting events, and custom UI.
Integrate dynamic audio/name injection for signature home‑scene horror.
Comfortable with NavMesh, Dialogue systems, and event-driven logic.
🎨 UI Designers
Create analog office-themed in-game interfaces (HR logins, glitchy file viewers, menus that lie to you).
🎧 Sound / SFX Designers
Build tense chase ambiances, analog distortion effects, faint audio hallucinations.
📜 Writers & Narrative Designers
Work with me on scripting lore, emails, VR logs, and psychological dialogue.
🧪 Psychological / Cultural Consultants
Help ensure internal trauma, anxiety pacing, and global representation feel authentic.
💡 Why Join?
Collaborate on a unique, intense indie horror concept with a clear vision.
Flexible, remote-friendly teamwork.
Portfolio-friendly (dev logs, credits, potential future revenue share).
📅 Next Steps
DM me with your role interest and portfolio.
