Looking to pay someone for some aseprite animations.

Hello! I produce music as a hobby (mostly electronic but i cover a broad range of styles) and i am looking for some simple accompanying pixel art animations (people dancing etc) at maybe 32x32? to help promote my music on social media. I purchased aseprite recently and joined itch with the idea of doing my own but i really don't have the time and i feel like itch is focused mainly on games which is awesome. Should i just browse the artists on here and reach out to them personally? I'm not really sure how any of this works. I'm not a professional so i don't have wads of cash but i believe in compensating people fairly for their time. Would anyone be keen to collaborate or something? Or is this the wrong place to ask? Someone mentioned fiver but it all looks a little sketchy to me.

TY!
