The user in question is "StephenLarry", he has this posts

https://itch.io/blog/986544/brickadia-download

https://itch.io/blog/976723/isekai-sex-boutique-download

https://itch.io/blog/967213/sex-dorm

All of them lead to this web, with a unique download link
https://agamedown.blogspot.com/

That link is flagged as a troyan

Please report the project pages in question using the little link in the footer. Posting here doesn't help.

Those are not projects. Those are blog post. They do not have a report button. That is a design flaw that could be fixed.

Those posts are searchable by regular internet search engines and Itch is being used as a host for those scam pages.

Alright, I've notified our admins.

I hope they consider adding a report button. This is not the first time a user spotted such scams and made a thread about them. Every comment has a report button, but blog posts have none.

One can only report these by mailing support.

This is a huge and ongoing problem. This crap is going on for months, and years. And no solution in sight.

I easily found these by scrolling down the global feed. I do not know how to filter regular posts. So I just had a quick look at "published a post"

https://itch.io/blog/991826/neon-abyss-2 Fake/Scam account. Posts a lot of these. And has released pirated projects.

https://itch.io/blog/991833/the-drifter Same.

https://itch.io/blog/991891/research-story Same.

https://itch.io/blog/991867/euro-truck-simulator-2 Same.

There is a problem there, with the way the system works. A huge problem.
