I uploaded my first game 45 days ago. Still I cannot find it via on-site search. It is published, available for download, it also already can be found via Google search, but not here on itch io. I've read the docs that you provided about publishing and indexing.

Did you make the games searchable ?  Also, last year at our jam we had some people that had to go back and check the “audience and content" tab. Find that under meta data, classification.
