I get this error when changing ip to any other then the one provided, while experimenting on how to play local multiplayer. Once this window appears it closes immediately.

Please double-check that your port is not occupied and that the ip address is correct.

Based on your screenshot, the issue may be caused by one of the following:

1. You are running two instances of the game. Please close the previous instance.
2. The port is occupied by another application. Please try using a different port.
