It seems you are experiencing a similar issue to the one discussed in this post:
Please double-check that your port is not occupied and that the ip address is correct.
Based on your screenshot, the issue may be caused by one of the following:
- You are running two instances of the game. Please close the previous instance.
- The port is occupied by another application. Please try using a different port.
