Reached Pending Payout Limit But Concerned I Might Be Forgotten

I have been waiting for more than three months for payouts. During that time, I have not received any answer from support. I recently found out on my own that I have been waiting this long because my tax information wasn't up to date, and I have since updated it. Now, in my profile it says that my tax info are 'on file' so I can only suppose the issue has been fixed.

That said, I am waiting on three payouts and I am concerned that due to the order of events (asking for payouts while tax info was missing, then fixing said issue) that my payout requests might fall through the cracks and end up forgotten. Could somebody reassure me that my payouts are coming soon? I did not contact support through email for this since technically, I already did send a message about these payouts a month and a half ago (the aforementioned email that I haven't received an answer to yet).

On a related note, Itchio should consider creating an automated email alert to inform users that their tax information is out of date. It only happens once every 4 years, from what I understand, so a reminder would spare everybody a headache.

I've let our admins know.

In defence of Itch.io some time ago when I requested a pay out - itch.io sent me an email to ask me to update my tax information and requested that I reply to their email once it was updated so they could process the payment.  It seems in your case, you didn't receive that email, while they were waiting for you to reply. Based on forum comments that's happening a lot.

Perhaps itch.io needs an online system where people can enter their ticket numbers and see if there are any follow-up requests.
