If you had, you would know that the staff doesn't respond to this forum.
The moderator is a volunteer community moderator, meaning they can't do anything because they don't have access to any staff tools, meaning they can't index or authorize any games.
Third, if you had read them, you would know that you're missing a support ticket. Without it, the moderator has no way to bring your case to the staff's attention.
