Hey friends,

I mostly work in vectors but as I love retro and indie games I decides to try pixel art. I'm having a lot of fun.

Thanks for checking my stuff. :)

PS - Hm... Not sure why they are blurry. Apologies.

I'm guessing the blurriness is to do with the scaling technique that you're using within your image editor. If you can switch it to "Nearest Neighbour", the pixels should remain sharp. I'm sure that if you google your editing software and use the terms "scale" or "Transform" with the term "Nearest Neighbour", you'll find how to do it pretty quick.
Very nice work. :)

Thanks the funny thing is the png was fine, it's only when i brought it in here it went blurry. :(

Looks good!

Thanks!

I also draw vectors - Isometric and Concepts, etc.

Hey, do you do pixel art? I've been a developer for over 10 years and I'm willing to create a game if you like pixel art!

Hey man, I do! The first page of art is pixel art. Hit me up on discord for a chat. :)

Your work is amazing! Do you possibly also create maps and environments? I really need help with that. The style is vector art and I just can't find good vector art 2D game tile creation tutorials.

Hey, thanks for your kind words.

I do create both but I've never done it for games. It's always for TTRPGs. What parts are you having difficulty with? An what software do you use? Cheers! :)

Hey man, I use Inkscape at the moment. I am trying to learn how to create both map and environment, but I can't find good tutorials for them in vector art form, so I hoped you maybe could tell me a bit how.

Inkscape is cool. Although, I use Affinity Designer for my vector stuff but they are both quite similar.

Not sure if this helps, but i did do a few tutorials on map details for my youtube chan. But it's for AD, however, the principals should work in any vector program (I would think).

I've watched your videos, thank you man! Helped me a lot

No problem! Glad they helped. :)

Here's a few bits I'm working on for an upcoming RPG.

Another one!

Some new fantasy pixel icons I've been working on.

Doing some futuristic guns!

Finished my sci-fi guns I broke them down into components so I can cobble more when I need to.

Latest modern gun warfare pack soon to be released. :)

Updating some new work on artstation:

New weapon in the series: Futuristic Machine Pistol

Trying out some new pixel art styles. :)
