Hello, I just want to know what to do when is taking more than one month of waiting to validade information. At the moment I have been waiting for 2 months since my first support request to see if my account had any issue that could be causing so much waiting time for payout, validation and stuff, so because of that I tried to update the tax information (even that it was marked as valid at the time and also because I saw on other topic that we need to retake the interview after some time). Could this be an error on informations like the support email on the profile configs? Or if it could be a error when completing the interview?
