The payout is in review for 38 days now and no response.
Support has already been contacted by e-mail but there has been no response there either.
I make a full-time living from it and have been living on my reserves since January without any payment.
The problem is that the tax office always wants advance payments.
My tax information here on itch here is green and validated.
Please help.
It looks like I'm not the only one with this problem at the moment.
