Nihilore.com - a place to find an ever expanding library of royalty free music released under the creative commons - attribution license, mainly aimed at game developers. Check it out if you need music for your game and can't afford a composer!

I also do commercial composing work and you can find my portfolio here: Jamesopiecomposer.com I'm always looking for more work if you need it!
