ok, so full transparency I made a second account just to post this thread. my other account got restricted due to your automated system, and I don't have any idea as to why. I sent a email to the support email and made an appeal, but from what i can find your support email gets backed up often, so I was wondering if its ok to bring to your attention an account restriction not caused by a moderator? since my other account being restricted is very likely a mistake on your automated systems part and these threads seems to be a good way to bring this to your attention. plus the rule specifically says if a moderator on your team has put the limitation on the account which is not the case.
