Tools I use for graphical elements of my itch.io pages:

https://fotoram.io/editor/ (using layered frames for adding crunchiness to the thumbnails)

https://photomosh.com/app/ (using it for making animated visuals)


Other handy tools for game development that I've stumbled upon:
