/// @description Sandbox Game

//I have decided to work on a new game with my last one being this: https://store.steampowered.com/app/952700/DEAD/
//The game will be a top-down 2D sandbox game, focused on survival  with harsher elements for gameplay rather than the common "cute sandbox game where you min-max npcs to get over-powered items and have no fun". Think themes of copper, saphire, tobacco farming, magma and lava, in-depth enviorments. That description might get you to think "Oh maybe terraria!" No, that game is more of a build cute homes, and kill bosses and then ultimately min-max every item in the game. Think more, PvP elements, and milking cows for purpose.

//So if that interests you

#region Who you are if you know nothing about the engine

    you will probably learn a lot.
 }
else if you know something about the engine (as I have about 10 years making games)

    you will probably like working working with someone who gets projects done/out.

/* The point of this game will be to both make money and as all of my games: keep them functional and fun, with improvements when needed. All I do all day is work on games, do other stuff, go to work, and hangout with my wife. I do not expect you to have the same lifestyle but I do expect that if you are wanting to work with me you will continue to do so rather than giving up after the initial rush of "we are making something" burns out (it will, probably, that's just how it is sometimes) The plan is to release something by the end of the year, which is entirely possible. */

//Who am I?
/*Well, this would be my 8th full game, and probably my last 2D game so I am hoping to create something solid and move into the 3D space. I am a guy who is dedicated to whatever project I am working on. I do not tend to work on more than 1 project at a time unless I am updating an older game that requires an update/bug-fix. I have been making games since I was in 7th grade, and plan to continue probably till I am 40 (I am 22). I know my way around Pixel Art, and Mid-level programming (some people out there are programming genius) and the main reason I am looking for other people is to not work on this last project alone. I can, but I would rather not. */

It will probably make you do a "message request" so I may not see it instantly, but I am not going out of my way to ignore you.
If you are more of an email person, my username is basically my email but missing a step ;)
I require you to know how to use github desktop to the minimal requirement of knowing commit, pull, push.

Hey man...You really caught my attention... I can feel you talk from the heart about video games... and that truly makes me want to keep working here... I'm not really anyone important, and in fact... I like not being one XD... nobody asked, but I'll share a bit about myself:

I'm a student at "Universidad Central Martha Abreu de Las Villas" (UCLV) in Cuba... I'm currently studying Computer Science and I've noticed that I'm 22 years old, just like you... I know English well enough to read and understand it perfectly, but I struggle with speaking it... my passion for video games started around the age of 10, and since then I've been creating whatever I can to show everyone my ability to make them from scratch... The only downside is that I have ADHD, which makes it really hard for me to focus on a project... that's my demon. That's why I can't just join you to learn together... and that makes me a bit sad... but hey... keep working in this world of video games. Maybe one day when you're really famous, you'll remember this long text and smile...

I'm currently working on a multiplayer, top-down 2D game. I have endless game ideas to create... and I suppose I'll gradually work on them after my classes and in the future after my job... I'm not planning to stop at all...

You've gained a follower here on itch... and the next game... will have your username hidden somewhere... I hope to finish at least the demo soon so you can play it a bit... Thanks for encouraging the people around you to make games... you have a friend here in Cuba for whatever you need hehehe.
