Hi! Is it okay to add crypto donation buttons to my game project page? The place that I live doesn't support PayPal, nor Payoneer, so I have no way of receiving payments, the only way is crypto so yeah, Is it okay to add this? Thanks!
Uhm. Technically you can't receive payments with crypto either.
But Itch is ok with listing your socials and other platforms. And those can include third party services that are able to collect currency and pay out to you. Maybe one of the many Patreon alternatives can pay out to your location.
The problem with crypto and small time donantions is, that it usually is insane to do this. But it would be interesting to know if any of the small developers actually get revenue with crypto.
