It's way too easy to delete the wrong comments/posts and no way to undo.

Today I was trying to edit/delete/repost a couple of my replies about my project's and managed to delete the user's original post that I was replying to instead.

The placement of the edit/delete options is really not very clear and could easily apply to the post either above or below.

It would be nice if there could be some pop-up confirmation box, like "Really delete post from Dave123 ?"

Thanks.

To be honest, I see an "Are you sure?" button as a good idea.

More so with there being some powerful tools on pages, such as a "Ban" button.

I haven't tested any of this myself though, so I'm kind of going off assumptions here.

Yes! There are people on touch screens with big fingers also. If there is no way to undo a thing, there should be confirmations asked. Especially for thing you do not do every hour. At least I hope you do not have to ban and delete comments too often ;-)
