First off, I want to apologize. I know this section is not for support but I am genuinely out of ideas.
I purchased a game back in September and payment was taken out of my account through PayPal. Everything was fine, up until 4-6 weeks ago, when I went to download the new update. The game was no longer in my library. So I contacted support via email on the 4th of January. After 10 days they got back to me and said payment had not been made and could i double check what my PayPal dashboard was showing.
I of course checked and both PayPal and my bank confirmed payment had been made. So I email them back later that day.
Received nothing back, so I figure I would email again later on in the week and see if anyone responds. Nothing still. At this point is has been two weeks.
I wait a little while longer and realize, maybe they are just waiting on proof of purchase. So I email again and attach screenshots of my bank charge and PayPal charge.
It has been 3 weeks in total and still nothing has been done. It has been almost 2 weeks since their one and only response.
I also contacted the twitter account for the site, and the account for their PR person. Still nothing.
I am genuinely at a loss, and am hoping someone from the team sees this and contacts me.
Or advises me on my best course of action.
Once again, I am really sorry if this is not the place for this.
