Hello people, Im relatively new to itchio, and Im in the process of creating my first commenrcial (paid package) page. So far has been a great experience.

However, I found a few situations where I need help, and sent a couple of emails early yesterday to the support account. Does anybody have an idea how much time they usally take to respond?

Support can be slow to respond as of late. It depends. But many answers can be found by searching the community forum, or failing that, asking anew right here.

I already asked one of the questions here, but sadly the primary concern and reason to poke support is a tax issue that seems deal breaker. Fingers crossed on having a response soon.
