My game is not searchable

Hello everyone,

I'm reaching out to the community to seek assistance regarding an issue I'm encountering with my game's visibility on Itch. Despite following all the guidelines outlined in the Itch documentation on getting indexed (https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed), my game still doesn't appear in search results after 14 days of waiting.

I've carefully reviewed the guidelines and made sure to fulfill all the necessary requirements, such as adding relevant tags, descriptions, and cover art. However, despite my efforts, it seems that my game is not being indexed properly.

If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has any insights into why my game might not be showing up in searches, I would greatly appreciate your advice and assistance. I'm eager to resolve this issue and ensure that my game gets the visibility it deserves.

Thank you in advance for your help.

There is a huge wave of crap that staff has to deal with currently. Waiting times are longer than expected. Would not be the first time that waiting time is 30 days instead of 3 days.

Your game is quarantined. If staff review takes too long, see the rules of this category for what to do next.

Hello sir, I hope you're doing well. It's been a week since I reached out to support, but I haven't received a response yet. Now, it's been 21 days, and I'm still facing the same problem. My app doesn't appear when searched by name. However, users can download the game via a direct link without encountering a quarantine message, indicating that the game may no longer be quarantined. Could you please provide an alternative solution?
