"Collected by itch.io, paid later" option greyed out

Hello, I have been using this "Collected by itch.io, paid later" payout option for over a year now. A while ago, it was disabled for me, and I can no longer choose it. Does anyone know why that happened? The tax information is still valid and I haven't been asked for a new one.

It is best that you contact support.

When you are removed from the Itch payment system you should have received an email indicating that you are not eligible for the Itch payment system, perhaps you have it in spam.

One of your games appears suspended and this is possibly one of the reasons, but you should discuss this with support

I actually contacted support over a month ago. They did not reply.

I checked my email just now. There is no such email.

I did not know my game was suspended. Thanks for letting me know. It is most likely to be the reason.

More exactly, one of your games was deindexed, and the other was taken down. I'm not sure what that means, but if support hasn't answered yet, please see the rules of this category for what to do.

...The rules you were shown twice before you could start a topic here, and then you had to tick a checkbox saying you've read them before being allowed to click "Post". Those rules.
