I read the thread so if you find anything just let me know. <3

Adding a frame-cap is a must. VSync support too?

Developer

Thos are some good suggestions, working on them now

Those features have now been implemented

Hello,

I downloaded the latest build but it won't open. When I click on "UnfoldingEngine.exe" nothing happen, I've tried many times and also re-downloaded it, but it's still don't work. It looks like a nice engine thought, I'd like to test it.

Developer

Hey lulullia,

I've uploaded a new build that may fix the problem, if it doesnt it might be due to Steam forcing itself to launch which I'm looking into it. If the newest build doesnt work try the Steam build as that may fix the problem.

Thank you !

The downloadable build still doesn't work, but through Steam it works perfectly. I'm excited to see what we can do with this really good engine :)

Using the itch.io launcher,  it says that this is not available for windows. From a similar conversation with another dev, I know that you may have missed some option which enables the download per the launcher. Could you look into that maybe?

Developer

try it now, I believe I had to select windows mode for the option.
Tell me how it goes.

Its there now, with several different versions, though since I have already downloaded the steam version by now,  I am not going to download it again.

Thanks for the quick reply!

Is there any way I can export my game to an exe so my friends can play my game straight from startup?

Developer

At the moment not yet, Its a planned feature to have a export module. At the moment the way to share it is through the Steam Workshop which is on the steam engine of Unfolding which would be able to see the work you have already done since they share the same appdata folder.

Ill let you know once I add in the exporter into the engine.

Thank you :D
