My account and game arent visible when you search or use their link

Hello there, I have already contacted support and tried to post here with my account that has the issue (https://adnanzxgamer.itch.io) but for some reason the post didnt go through and no one replied through support (I messaged on Feb 8th), I made the account back in 2018 i think and i havent done anything wrong at all,  I found my account like this after i uploaded a game for a game jam

Your alt account was involved with spamming back in 2016 and a moderator/admin blocked your account. Records back then are limited, so I don’t have additional information. You can make an appeal by submitting a support message, make sure you contact us using the email address associated with the account. We don’t discuss account limitations on or public community.

Weird I might have been hacked because i wasnt using my account back then really, ill open another ticket and hopefully they respond now, thank you so much for the information

its been 4 days now no reply or anything ;( here is the ticket number (193173) and they still didnt reply to the old one from the 8th of feb so i think no one is getting my support emails

ive read through other posts saying support should take from 1-3 days maybe sometimes a bit longer, but almost 20 days? Also i am not sure if you specifically can check but I am 100% sure its wrongly flagged, because i literally didnt do anything but upload a game

I can't check, and this sort of issue is handled via e-mail. Do you have the ticket number of your support request?
