Attaching a credit card is for buying. Payouts are sent through PayPal. To receive them, you need to connect a PayPal account, then fill in a tax interview (there's a link to it). After that you can request your money.
That said, sorry about the support e-mail issue. They receive a lot of questions. Some of them might get lost.
