I am not sure, if you can have multiple games with the same name. If you mean multiple accounts with the same game name, of course. Especially if it is generic names.
Actually, I do not know the requirements to make a game name unique. Probably requires to register a trademark or something like that. And I would guess that should be impossible to get for any generic name.
If you look at movies, there are lots of movies that have the same name. And are not remakes of another.
Usually it is in the best interest of a game (or movie) maker to have a unique name. But there are only so many words. And as soon as you have a theme in your creation, those words tend to sound similar, if you want a short title.
How do I phrase this.
Well. If you are bad at naming things and came up with a name for your game, chances are, it is a generic name and is probably not protected by trademarks.
Since trademark and copyright and patent laws are usually abominations, one can never be sure, but a thing like space road sounds to me, like any trademark lawyer should laugh at the notion of trademarking it. Maybe with a special font and coloring and a background image. But as words alone, I doubt it.
Something like Morrowind on the other hand, that is a made up word (and not even the full title). Trademark law is about confusing items, so it is not even necessary to have the exact same title to violate it. And to add to this, one might even get away with having the exact same title, if no confusion would arise, for whatever reason.
I can only tell you, that game names are not copyrightable. But they are trademarkable. So if you copy a name and distribute it in a way that confusion could arise, there could be trouble. And no one will ask if you knew before.
Oblivion is very likely not a trademark. But The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion very likely is.
(There are 20+ games named exactly Oblivion on Itch)
