Ok, thank you. Are there any plans to add it in the future? It would allow to update description automatically by pushing to GitHub. Likewise for profile description with GitHub profile repo.
In order to do this automatically, itch.io would have to integrate with GitHub somehow. Is that what you mean? Anyway, this is a new proposal, it's never been discussed before that I know of. You might want to make a post in Ideas & Feedback and explain in more detail.
