Can't see projects on search bar/ It says that account has 0 projects

I already read https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed.

Like the title says, i can't find my projects in the search bar even when i search them by their full name. Also when i search for my account,  it says that it has 0 projects(i have 2). I thought waiting would help but it's been a month.

Practical Currency Converter is quarantined. Arialoom is probably just delayed. Please wait.

Thanks for the response. Why is Practical Currency Converter quarantined and is there a way i can fix it?

Edit: It was broken when i first uploaded it (mistake in coding) but i fixed and reuploaded it recently and it should work now.

I don't know the exact reason. Your project page tripped an automated alarm. It simply means that staff will have to take a closer look. If it takes too long, please contact support.

I've had this exact problem for all my games (for over 8 months) and support is not replying to me (I emailed them a week ago)
