I greatly enjoy your games but you haven't updated them for Android lately

Is the futa optional?

Developer

Yes.

I'm early on into UFO, but it is awesome so far! You are doing a great job and I am excited to see more from you. My honest feedback is:  favorite things are you did a good job creating a unique futuristic atmosphere with all the strange robots and sex dolls, it has a good amount of lewdness straight from the start to keep me interested (where as other games there is a large gap and I don't enjoy that),  and the thickness of the women in this game is very nice (which I have found to be more rare than I like in other games, I really like the body style of the women here), there is also some funny humor as well.

Developer

Thank You thesatyrman1326 I'm glad to hear that.

So there are a couple of things I'm confused and a little upset about, from a developer's standpoint.

Why have you made 4 separate game pages for the same (?) game? You have the original revised version, the 2 love versions, and now this incest version. Isn't it all the same game? They don't really seem to be all that different from each other to warrant making a different page for it. If it is all just the same game, then delete the other versions. I feel like each "version" is just a regular update from the previous one, and in that case, keep it all on one game page. You can just write devlog posts telling us what's new and we will still be notified of the updates.

If they ARE different versions of the game, then you need to specify what's different about them. All 4 game pages pretty much have the same description. Because the names imply that the Love Version has more "romance" than the others and the Incest Version has incest in it while the others do not.

Even if they are all different games with different endings and dialogue, can't you just make that one big game? Just like with Futa content, you can give us options to romance or not romance a character, and see or not see incest scenes.

As for my actual thoughts on the game so far, I don't take it too seriously. it's pretty funny and entertaining, but it's lacking ... "that something" I can't quite identify. In trying to understand the differences, I deleted my previous save and started the game from the beginning. I was hoping I'd recapture that intrigue I had when you first released it, but it felt a little... boring if I'm being honest. The story is very linear, which isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it also lacks anything interactive. The FIRST choice in the game is asking if we want futa content or not.

I think I've mentioned something similar in reviewing your previous game, "Our Secret" or on a previous version of this one, but personally speaking, I prefer games where the main character is more of a blank slate for us to add more of our own thoughts and opinions to the game. Which, depending on the story, can't be helped. In a story about a rich frat boy getting sucked into a world of magic and sexy monsters, I expect his personality to be a little douche-y. But a good writer/developer can still allow the player to be a GOOD douche/frat boy or the BIGGEST douche/frat boy by giving them options to personalize their experience.

Here in this game, you're pretty much a clean slate as a withdrawn nerd who got abducted. The player should be able to say/react however we want. But it doesn't feel like I'm playing a game as me, Asterr, but just reading a story about the protagonist, "Mark". And if that's the case, why even make this a game at all? Giving us options to say "Go Left" or "Go Right", "I like Chocolate" or "I like Vanilla", not only makes your game less boring and more immersive, it gives it replay value!

For example, when Aisha assaults Mark in her sleep and wakes up, she is confused and Mark screams "YOU R*PED ME!" I remember it being pretty funny the first time around, and also a logical option to do to avoid conflict with her, given her personality. It's also kinda true that she did assault you. But in hindsight, it's kinda a shitty way to handle the situation and very manipulative on Mark's part. If given the option, I would've chosen to approach the situation more softly.

By the time I got to Vasilisa, I found myself just clicking through the dialogue without reading it. I remembered the general premise of what they wanted and just wanted to move on to the newer parts of the game, but soon after, I just ended up taking a break. I was so disassociated from the game and story, that I found it hard to press forward.

Mark feels like a 5-year-old in a candy store, licking and eating everything just because he can. And why wouldn't he? There are no consequences. The way he just takes advantage of anyone and everything just really takes me out of the experience.

Of course, I say none of this to say the game is bad or boring, or that you're a bad developer. I just genuinely want to give you honest feedback compared to the many, many games like this I've played.

This game will probably be pretty funny and interesting for first-time players, but after playing it once it's completely done, I can't see myself ever booting it up again. Maybe it's just not my type of game and that's okay. I don't want to force my definition of what a "good game" is upon you. More than anything, I just want to encourage you to push yourself more. Adult 18+ games can be SO MUCH MORE than just fap material. They can be adventure games, mystery, action, and even scary! Characters can be deep and interesting! You can even dive into deep topics like self-harm and abuse if you want to make a game that deep.

I can tell just from "Our Secret" that you can tell really interesting stories! And I'm interested in that. When I get the chance, I'll definitely try "Futanari Universe".

Developer

Very interesting. Thank you for your honest.

I feel this point, I'm working on my first game myself and I'm coming here from AVNs like BADIK and TFTUV.
It seems like this game is going along the kinetic novel route, as in, no major plot choices. I think it's a great option for solo and indie devs as it saves on dev resource.

What I'd like to add though, is that you don't necessarily need to have choices that alter and branch the story to give some sense of player agency. Sometimes, just choosing how to respond, resulting in one or a few different lines being displayed, before coming back to the same plot line afterwards,  could be enough to give that sense of, "Yes it's me I'm the player, I'm making my own choices!", even though nothing really changed. And you can even do a second playthrough like," alright I was a good, respectful person in the my first playthrough, I'm going to make all the mean dialogue choices and be in a**hole in the second to see how people react. "

I feel like major games that have visual novel elements, like the Persona series, make good use of that, where the choices don't always matter or change anything plot wise, but, still give you an outlet to decide how the MC interacts with the world around them, letting the player resonate with them a bit more and adding some variety and interactivity to the game.
I think the icing on the cake would be, you likely won't even need additional renders depending on what you write, as the characters you speak to can simply respond in a deferent way.

Thank You!

i want to know if there an option to turn off futa content all to geather

Developer

No

(+1)

I've enjoyed everything about the content so far and look forward to further development.
There were only a couple things that I thought could maybe use some tweaking, not huge issues:

  • In some of the renders, particularly darker scenes, say at night on the ship, it'd be nice if there was a liiitle bit more light, yk like a bit of soft non shadow lighting added where you want the reader to focus. For example, when speaking to someone, a bit more light on the face, or if you're focusing on someone's body, a bit of extra soft light there, just to emphasize the forms / expressions. It's likely too much effort / resource intense to re-render content already created, but I think it'd be nice to have in future content.
  • I'm not sure if it's a bug on my end, but sometimes there isn't any background music. I like the music in there already I think it suits it, I'm just not sure if the silent parts were intentional or an issue on my end maybe.

Thank You!

It would be cool to play as a futa, futa on futa or futa on female.
