I'm not getting the key for my game.

My friend bought me a game on itch.io and we've been having so many problems

First of all he never got a key for the game, no email at all, not even from itch.io support.

I attempt to see previous purchases and send my friend one aswell, nobody gets an email.

I sent a support email a few hours ago but I'm really starting to lose patience as it's been 4 days since the purchase.

any help?

what is the game and did you talk with the developer about this problem.

Mutilate a Doll 2, all he says is that he's not the part of the purchase all the time.

Closing this topic since from what I can tell the issue was resolved over our support system.
