Dashboard graphs broken in Firefox

I just noticed that the dashboard graphs don't show at all in Firefox (also on the Analytics tab). It's just a blank space on the page, and there's no error in the browser console.

Using Firefox ESR version 102 (on Linux). I enabled scripts from any source and disabled cookie tracking protection. Not sure what else to try.

Bruh, you are a moderator.

Yes. I'm also using itch.io like everyone else, and not always noticing stuff like that.

oh ok.

Mods need help too, my g

i get it. mods help, then admins can fix it. how smart are you!

Admin

I’m not able to reproduce the issue on Firefox 115. Can you open the developer tools/console and provide the error message that appears, if at all?

Moderator

Already checked, there's no error message. Also: yesterday the graphs did show up a few times, randomly, then stopped again.

this is surely wierd... the firefox might have a bug or something anything else like this. maybe i think you maybe can contact a suport here? (do not know yet if there is) then maybe the problem would fix.

It's not serious enough. I'm suspecting a memory allocation issue.

Show post...

What is memory allocation?

Moderator

Memory on a computer has to be managed, it's not the Wild West. When a web page needs more memory, it has to request it from the web browser, which in turn might have to ask for more from the operating system. And sometimes the computer doesn't have much in the first place. It's all quite complicated, and things can easily go wrong along the way.

So your firefox dashboard memory is not managed properly? because, if there is no error message, is there a code?

Moderator

There are only some warnings. I could be wrong about what's going on, and it probably can't be fixed, but thought I'd ask anyway.

Admin

If you have any extensions installed you may want to temporarily try disabling them.

Just NoScript, and I enabled all sources for itch.io; besides, the graphs do randomly show up sometimes without any configuration changes.
