Cannot install 18.2.0

I cant seem to install the 18.2.0 update.

The notification shwos up fine, buth when I clicked 'Restart now', a message saying 'Update Error' is shown.

Any workaround maybe?

Two scenarios:

the update may already be applied, and all you need to do is quit and launch the app again
something is preventing the self-udpate, you can always download the newest itchSetup.exe from https://itch.io/app - it'll happily install over any previous version and keep your library/installs around

Ah, quit and launch didn't work but system restart worked. Anyway, this problem is now no more.

(note that closing the window isn't the same as quitting the app, but I'm happy it worked out!)
