Hey, thanks for posting. We definitely want to have something like this. I've been pushing out some updates to devlogs the past few weeks and this is something I'd like to address soon. The way I'm currently planning it is giving people the ability to "post to itch.io" for anything that isn't associated with a project. The posts would show up similar to how they appear for our official blog but with links to the creator's projects and other posts. Do you think this would fit you needs, or were you specifically looking for a way to have posts to appear on a page that goes into your profile's theme & subdomain?
