What kind of bandwidth does itch.io use for individual HTML 5 games?

When I put one of my HTML 5 games on Game Jolt...then had 44 of

my computer lab students try to load it at the same time...everything crashed.

Games files are served through a CDN so performance should be very fast and not be affected by the number of people requesting the file. We serve downloads to thousands of people at the same time 24 hours a day. If you're experiencing issues with 44 people downloading something at the same time then you're likely hitting the limit of the internet in your home or office, since the local hardware probably has much smaller limit on bandwidth.

I tried the 44 student test with a host I pay $12 a year for...and the same load freeze happened.

When I tried the 44 student test with my game on itch.io...everything ran great...

Thanks!
