im alone gamedev. for the now i was doing small platformers or really basic html games. decided to make something bigger cause number of my free itch slots for games are shrinking fastly plus i wanted to help community (about which will be notes below).

generally i took all ideas i had about that game and putted in this doc : https://pad.riseup.net/p/rpgame_content179168 (using this doc cause was already on discords with it so i dont need to retype)

problems with such big development im facing right now:

- cant listen to audio - firstly i live in flat - secondly i live with a person actively hating english language - thirdly my jack port in laptop is very much broken . generally - dont recommend me videos/podcasts/etc which cant be used without description. no im not deaf, i just cant due to other reasons.

- im not really english (but as far i know it goes online this good noone ever sees that...)

- low laptop hardware. eventually coding on phone which is quite new (for the now im thinking of doing it in godot or minetest cuz phone compatible...)

- my knowledge is as much as of operating scratch-like things for game dev AND python/javascript for other development (read - i know coding but game maths might be overload to my brain)

What i know?

coding - as i said. art - pixelart (very basic tilesets + character front view). audio - not gonna do/eventually TTS.

What i have?

already saw that for now i got cool tileset from here : https://cazwolf.itch.io/pixel-fantasy-tiles-basics and also characuter for characters eventually (normally i think i'll use pixel fantasy ones cuz prebuilt...)

What do i want?

a tutorial for making bigger pixelart and animations of it (game intro) OR a non-video tutorial to blender about doing animations with pixel filter (but all - starting from placing blocks, thru uv mapping and scripts on export filters ending)

also tutorials of making games like in that doc above (picross, alchemy, puzzles, running, etc...)

im also unsure of main menu and settings but firstly i think it'd be better to start with minimal playable version before...

-----------

edit: decided not to use pixel fantasy tiles cause its impossible to do roads with theirs 6 tiles... so now i'd like to make also a tileset containing: roads, houses, trees and probably also character cause all i can do about characters is a front view and animation of it (player cant turn right/left etc...)

Your document really doesn't say a lot about the gameplay. Some do such as sudoku and picross. But the first minigame is alchemy but I have no idea what you envision from alchemy. For a project such as this it might be useful to prototype each minigame independently and then bring them together in the final project.

i know but soonly i will be too close to itch limit of 20 projects so i need to make a bigger thingy...

Is there a limit of 20 projects? When looking for information I only saw a message saying it was removed and then partial put back. That you can ask and get the limit increased if you hit it.

im not a one which begs for storage space. i dont pay for itchio...
