I've bought a bunch of sound packs but most of them are missing now when I went back to redownload them. A pack made by Sidearms Studios which is now missing and their page is also gone, then there's two other packs that don't even show up in my list at all but when I requested a list of my purchases they were there but again no way to download them because the download page is gone.

I've contacted support but it's been almost a week and I didn't get a reply, does anyone know how to get the download links when they're deleted by the asset creators or is there a way for me to get a refund?

Unfortunately this developer was caught selling content they don't have access to. We contacted them to try to resolve the issue but in the end were forced to disable their account. We processed refunds where possible but there may have been some circumstances where an automatic refund were not possible due to the time of purchase.
