Have you tried the 'Moderation' dropdown that appears at the top-right of your post? There's a "Stick topic" item in there.

I don't have this option in my community page. And in the moderation tool, i find out that i'm even not the moderator of my own community. When trying to add myself, the site informs that "You can not add yourself". Please help.
