We have uploaded our comic 10 days ago.

We are not indexed.

We have emailed support and we still have no response. 

This comic is important for our studio to turn budget to complete our game.

Now we are sitting idle waiting for an outcome and have no other alternative but to report this here.

Please advise as we do appreciate the itch.io platform.

Your published the comic less than a week ago. That used to be enough even for your first paid project, but lately review times have been long. Please wait for a few more days, and in the mean time promote your work through other channels, like in Release Announcements.

Apologies, we checked with our illustrator now and we can confirm this was less than a week ago.
