Hi, my game "Outsiders" does not show up when people search it. I know this happens because the admins put on the NSFW tag, I just wanted to ask...  I posted the game today so... how do I get this removed?

The game has the eroge tag, but it doesnt contain any explicit content because it's just a demo without any NSFW images/footage. Please admins, help :C

yes! I am having the same problem

Assuming you mean Left Alone, you just published it 15 minutes ago. Read the rules before posting. And next time please make your own topic. No, you don't have the same problem, and if you did we'd still have to discuss it separately.

can you please tell me the problem and it's solution

I said read the rules before posting, and also make your own topic.

Outsiders is indexed. Being NSFW doesn't influence that.

So its indexed... How long is it gonna take to be unindexed? And when it gets unindexed, is it gonna be visible for everyone even tho it's tagged as NSFW?

"Indexed" means it already shows up in searches. And no, people must enable NSFW browsing in their account settings to see such games.

Yeah, but that's the problem. The game is not NSFW. You can try it yourself if you want. :/

"Outsiders" Is a romantic-comedy (+18) visual novel project made by Midwest Games.

Your game is nsfw by your own description.

I do not know the policy for demo versions of nsfw games.  But you promise nsfw content along the road.

Maybe you would want to release two versions of the game. Or one sfw version and a separate   nsfw dlc/patch. Then you could claim, that you have a demo version of a sfw game. But currently, you have a demo version of a nsfw game.

Or put it another way,   would accounts that chose  not to or are not allowed to see nsfw works be your target audience? I think not.

There's no special policy for NSFW games, they're considered for indexing like any other. And like I said, Outsiders is already indexed. People can find it on the site.

He was complaining about the demo being considered nsfw, despite the naughty bits not being    in the demo version. Only in the full version (that is not yet ready, but is promised to be 18+).

What I meant was, that I do not know if such a demo version would be considered nsfw by itch policy or not.  Imho, it should be. Because, sfw gaming is not  the   target audience for the final product, so why show it to such accounts.
