Automatically install dependent runtimes; how?

What is the suggested method to install these runtimes?

* Visual Studio 2015 Runtime

* DirectX 9 Runtime

* DotNet Runtime

There could be a first run executable that executes the UE4Prerequisites installer (executes a random executable once).

I noticed a version of manifests is in the app now. Is it OK to start bundling redists in with itchio apps and launching them this way? Just getting that out front-and-center for people running the game in the app is already immensely helpful.
