Twitter is own by Elon Musk who is making poor choices to keep the company up. The banned you got was from their robot machine that Elon still has not found a way to stop it. You are banned from twitter until Elon says so.

Twitter sucks and now even more with elon in charge we all agree on that, but you should target your hate towards Putin not the russians, many of them are against the war and thanks to heavy press oppression in Russia we will never fully know how many russians are against and how many are just alienated by their own state media.
