Info:

Hey everyone, just released a new demo for my game Zordak, hope you like it!

Short description:

Zordak is a game heavily inspired by Super Metroid.

You explore, find items that help you along the way, discover secrets and more.

A bit of story:

You wake up from an unexpectedly long cryosleep, only to discover that this place is not what it's supposed to be.

Everyone is dead and the facility has been abandoned.

You seem to be the only survivor.

You now have to do what you must to survive and embark on your journey in the search for another human being.

Additional Info:

Looking for any kind of feedback, so please leave a comment here or on the game page and tell me what you think!

Or check out my twitter and/or devlog for more information about the game!

This looks great, I've put you up on the fresh games section on the homepage.

Hey, thanks! Glad you like it. :)

My only suggestion is to add the ability to shoot while hanging off a ledge. Otherwise, please finish and release this, I didn't realize when I dl'd the demo earlier that there wasn't a full release yet and was looking forward to buying it now that my first paycheck had arrived, only to be disappointed to discover that the game is in development (and possibly development hell at that!)!

Hey, thanks for trying the demo.

I have added shooting from a ledgegrab to the to-do list, it will most likely be added at some point.

Sorry to hear that you are disappointed that the game is not completed yet, I'm working on it.

The game is not in development hell, it just has it's ups and downs.

I've got a devlog up and running on the main game page (https://apapappa.itch.io/zordak/devlog) and also twitter (https://twitter.com/ApapappaGames) if you want to hear about updates and such, I try to post at least once a week unless I have other things to deal with.

Anyway, thanks for the feedback. :)
