developer was hacked

The developer was hacked and lost access to his account. A statement was written in support of those. The hacker uploaded viruses to the game files. Help.

The account has been suspended and locked down until the issue can be resolved.

We did it as soon as we discovered it, but as I understand it can take up to a week. The developer is my friend, they changed their email, password and everything else. How long will the problem be solved in this case and is it possible to block the account for a while?

Please don't ask how long it takes. Doubly so as it's Christmas. Support will get to it as soon as they can.
