How do I upload games with folders?

I can't upload a game. Well, actually I can't upload the folders. The folders wont let me upload them. Please help.

Do you know how to make a ZIP archive of your game? If you can do that, just archive your game wholesale, folders and everything, and upload the ZIP file.
