Hi,

I read the page about indexing, where it says that every first time project has to enter a review queue before showing up in the search results.

"If you're selling your first page then your project may be in our review queue. New sellers are reviewed before their projects are indexed. It should show up within a day. Please contact us only after you've waited at least 1 day."
https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed#why-isnt-my-project-showing-up

However 3 days have passed for my first project and my second project isn't showing up as well. That is no big deal, and I'm happy to wait a few more days if necessary. I just wanted to ask if theres any feedback on when it might be finished.

It would be very handy if this button would say "in review" instead of published while in queue.

Many thanks!

Hey there,

Reviews can sometimes take longer, especially for new sellers. There’s some extra checks in place to prevent fraud. I’d suggest to wait a few more days.

I completely agree that it would be nice if there was an indicator. Having said that, the button says “PUBLISHED” because your project is indeed published. You can share your page to other sites like social media, and users can purchase your project.

Hope that helps :)

Thanks for the info :)
I'll wait for it.

Have a great day
