Hello.
I need my old username to be removed so that the link will not be redirected to my current profile. I also need the username so that I can make a new personal account.

Of course, I've already sent an email to support. But it's been 4 days since then, and so I make this post in fear that I have to wait over a week like the other guy, hoping it gets noticed...

Meanwhile, I also want to know if repeatedly changing my username will make every old username I have to be redirected to the current username? If that's true, can it be removed as well just so it won't get redirected?
